Watch360 is a mobile-first video streaming platform that offers on-demand content in immersive 360-degree format. Stream anytime, anywhere, and access a wide variety of entertainment content.

How much does it cost? +

For Mobily subscribers, the service price is SAR 2.3 per day (including VAT). For STC Customers, it costs 2 Riyals (VAT Excluded) renewed daily for prepaid subscribers, and costs 69 Riyals renewed monthly for postpaid subscribers (VAT Included). The tax amount is collected for prepaid customers when recharging their balance.

How do I pay? +

Payment is processed through your mobile carrier (Mobily or STC). The charge will be added directly to your mobile phone bill—no need for credit cards or bank details.

Is there a subscription or recurring billing? +

Yes, the service is automatically renewed. For Mobily subscribers, to unsubscribe send U28 or غ28 to 607110. For STC Customers, to unsubscribe send U 1 to 802086.

Do I need any special equipment to use Watch360? +

No special equipment is required. You can stream directly on your smartphone, tablet, or TV—no additional equipment needed.

Can I access Watch360 on multiple devices? +

Yes, Watch360 supports multiple devices, including smartphones, tablets, and TVs. You can switch between devices seamlessly.

What if I’m not satisfied with the service? +

Please contact our customer service at help@Watch360sa.com if you are not satisfied, and a refund can be processed within the week following the request.

What languages are supported? +

Watch360 supports English (EN) and Arabic (AR) languages.

Will my personal payment details be stored? +

No, Watch360 does not store any payment details. Payment is secure and managed by your mobile operator (Mobily or STC).
